It was stated by this customer that this floor had been recently cleaned 3 separate times, once with bleach, and two times with store bought ceramic tile cleaners and scrub brushes as well as even a tooth brush on the grout lines. The homeowner was unaware if it had ever been professionally cleaned.
Mr. K’s Carpet Service pre treats the floor using a uniquely formulated Tile & Grout Cleaner in conjunction with a specially designed grout cleaning brush to loosen contaminants from both surfaces. After approximately 5 to 10 minutes of dwell time the floor is fresh water rinsed using a truck mounted steam cleaning machine with spinner attachment. Edges, walls, and counters are rinsed with an edging tool also run off the same truck mount unit.
Upon completion you can see that the floor and grout that seemed impossible to get clean came out like new.
